Future Center is a non-profit organization founded in January 2010 in Tirana, Albania, that promotes and supports the country’s continued social, economic, and political development by using a multidisciplinary approach that includes, but is not limited to: scientific researches; trainings; and the conceptualization and implementation of a variety of projects.
Our organization is a firm believer in the significance of collaboration in creating meaningful and tangible contribution for the Albanian society. As such, our organization closely collaborates with multiple actors from all four dimensions of the quadruple helix to optimize its contribution.

MANAGEMENT’S APPROACH
Each of us has unique goals, strengths, and methods of operation. But at Future, when we collaborate, we are part of a team with a shared set of goals, values, and methodologies that motivate and guide our work.
Future Center’s approach to project management is designed to be adaptable and flexible, since we think that every project has unique requirements. To this end, we recruit personnel with the abilities necessary to successfully achieve the objectives and goals of each endeavor.
Our project management team is comprised of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator, and the External Experts. During the ideation and development phases of various projects, as well as the implementation and completion phases, these groups work cohesively together. This tight cooperation guarantees that all projects are carried out in strict accordance with the project specifications and the highest professional standards.

Arben SHKODRA
Executive Director
Graduated from University of Tirana for Economics and Finance, Mr. Shkodra throughout his career has served in several important positions such as Head of HR, Finance and Operation Deparment at the Prime Minister’s Office, AD- Interim General Director for Patents and Trademarks, Head of Authority for the Council of Ministers at the High inspectorate for Conflict of Interest and Asset declaration among many others. Furthermore, Mr. Shkodra currently holds the position of Managing Partner of Daminani&Partners, Executive Director of Future Center and Secretary General of Albanian Manufacturing Union. Last but to the least Mr. Shkodra is also a constituent member of National Council of EU Integration, National Economic Council, and National Committee for Trade Facilitation and Interministrial Working Group of S3.
Erna GJATA
Project Manager
Graduated from Tirana University for Business Administration, Ms. Gjata has an outstanding track record in the coordination of various projects in the fields of innovation, supply chain, and circular economy in conjunction with national and international donors such as UNDP, GIZ, Coplan, etc. Ms. Gjata has joined Future Center as its project coordinator as of September 2022.

Financial Expert
Ms. Herri is dedicated and knowledgeable Financial Expert graduated Tirana University with a degree from Finance, possessing a solid understanding of financial principles and markets acquired through rigorous academic training and practical experience. Ms. Herri is skilled in conducting comprehensive financial analysis, and providing financial guidance to clients and organizations. She possesses strong analytical skills combined with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving, allowing for the identification of opportunities and the mitigation of risks, while being proficient in utilizing financial modeling techniques and staying updated with industry trends and regulations. Ms. Herri has joined Future Center since July 2021 and is committed to delivering exceptional service and adding value to clients through insightful advice and tailored financial solutions.
